Description
The Performance Coaching and Counseling Toolkit was commissioned by M&Co in response to their request to create course materials that would be user friendly, interactive and fun to use. We were supplied with basic handwritten notes, from which we conceptualised the toolkit around 6 constructs, making use of a 6 sided stainless steel cube with an inner perspex cube that had the constructs, laser etched into the perspex for quick reference. The PC&C Toolkit is currently being used by the TransCanada Corporation licensed through M&Co. It has received rave reviews internationally and locally and is currently in development to become digital.
